Insight: Something’s going wrong when it comes to creative females in the advertising industry- 61.7% of graduates from creative subjects such as advertising are female, however only 11% of these graduates end up going into the creative side of advertising- less than half the number of their male peers.
On top of that, only 11% of creative directors are women. To start changing the gender inequality in this industry, we have to start talking about it.
